Happy Valentine’s Day Beautiful Creatures!
I just watched a video with people from all over saying “I love you” in many languages. It put a smile on my face and warmed my heart to feel the uniting of love and the joy that comes from love and all of the warm giddy feelings that come along. This is one of the delicious parts of love.
Love is everywhere, and yet we can often experience it as being rather elusive. Funny really, although not funny at all when we feel alone and unloved. We are lovable. Our own special flavour of uniqueness makes us irresistibly lovable. But we stop ourselves. We hide ourselves. Then we end up feeling distant and unlovable. When we hide our gorgeous quirky selves, of course we feel distant and unlovable. We are not being ourselves! So we feel a separation from within, then experience as without outside of ourselves. How can someone love a facade that isn’t truly who we are?
Love is real, therefore can only love what is real. We are beautifully lovable spirited souls. So on this Valentine’s Day, my wish to Cupid is to have us all fall deeply in love with the wonder and delight that is our own special flavour of life. Let us radiate our quirky, lovable thruth from within, and feel the warmth of love melt those facades that have kept our most lovable selves hidden. Shine Love and Love Your Shine!
